Technical employee R&D

The technical employee within HABA/Westacc has an important role in the preliminary process of a product launch. During this process, you test the products for deviations or errors. You report the results to your R&D colleagues. In this role, you also get the freedom for your own input. Your insight and creativity are appreciated. The role of technical assistant is unique! Why? You will discover, analyse and solve problems that others easily overlook. Work together with your colleagues towards a common goal. What the goal is? The release of cool camping products!

Responsibilities

  • Testing and checking articles during the product development phase and in quality control checks
  • Securely identifying and analysing deviations from an article
  • Clearly and clearly reporting findings from the checks and tests in our CRM system
  • Making and implementing proposals to improve articles in practice
  • Maintaining measuring and testing equipment
